As opposed to other light travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features and is among the most comprehensive double strollers that are available. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) It also offers multiple recline positions, and a UV 50+ canopy. You can put a bassinet on either or both seats to make this a travel system.
The four composite wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements as well as urban terrain however they're not made for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel and there's not much space between the wheel and the bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. However our testers still enjoyed riding this buggy, and it did climb some beautiful dirt hills.

Our test participants found that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to manoeuvre, even when taking on uneven ground or when turning swiftly in a busy street. They were also awed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to meet individual needs - ideal for napping.
They also loved that the hoods were able to be moved forward and back, which made them easier to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They didn't provide the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth having an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double's ability allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife to rushing to a park to play with their friends they were thrilled. The testers were also impressed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are. There is plenty of room for toddlers who are growing. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use a car seat with this buggy were noted as a problem by our testers. They would also have wanted a bigger storage space for shopping and other gear.
