The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality because it has a thin, hard plastic seat and a design which feels dated. It is also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This makes it a poor option for those seeking a budget option.
While it's not the most light double stroller, it does have enough features worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs suspended in the air like that and it's also not helping that it lacks padding.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. It's a little more difficult to close the cloud, however. You must slide a slider and then push a large white button for it to collapse. This can be frustrating especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's not the greatest width however you'll probably need to leave something inside to reach back to get it back. The Cloud comes with an adult and child tray with two cup holders, but they're both too narrow to comfortably hold larger cups or bottles.
The Kolcraft brand has been around since 1946 and is a third-generation family-owned business. They started by making crib pads and diapers however, they now manufacture several baby products, including highchairs as well as infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's ideal for travel. It's super light at just 18 lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also has independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. It also has a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and possess a good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller does have three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's narrower and thinner (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe details that make it perfect for travel. double pram and pushchair folds up easily, very maneuverable, and can easily fit into overhead compartments as well as trunks of planes.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct differences. It's designed to adapt to your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.
Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't come with locking capabilities which means it won't be the best option for rocky or sloping terrain. It maneuvers well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, however, so it's still a great choice for most families.

Its recline mechanism is simple to operate but it isn't really flat. Kids who are taller may notice a leg that hangs out of the way when sitting in the reclined position. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking the sun's rays than other strollers in our review of the best double strollers.
The stroller is lightweight enough to be able to move through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only issue is its small storage space. When full of toys for kids it feels cramped.
